What we collect

  • Questionnaire answers: ZIP code, number of lines, budget, data usage, and preferences. No name, address, SSN, or government ID.
  • Email address, only if you purchase a report, so we can send your report link and receipt.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, funnel steps). No cross-site tracking.

What we never collect

We never see or store your payment card details: payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect sensitive financial or government identification data.

How we use your data

To generate your comparison and report, deliver it by email, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, email us at support@cellpipit.com.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (e.g., keeping your questionnaire progress). Our analytics are cookieless where possible.

Data retention

Questionnaire submissions and reports are retained so your purchased report link keeps working. Email us to request deletion.
